YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Bahia Principe Explore Legend → agreed Samaná Bay boat connection → Cayo Levantado → confirmed return
A full land-and-boat day needs a dated itinerary. Confirm the actual embarkation point, total outing and useful time ashore before booking.
Use Legend and the verified Fantasia identity
The current Hyatt page directly connects Explore Legend with Fantasia Punta Cana and places it in Arena Gorda. Its castle-themed setting, suites, water park and separate children's and teens' spaces make this a family accommodation identity worth naming precisely. If your documents still say Fantasia, share that wording. Do not substitute another Bahia hotel's booking simply because you can use some of its facilities.
Plan the journey from Arena Gorda
Use Arena Gorda with the complete property address. Ask the planner to distinguish your starting location from nearby hotel areas before assigning collection instructions.
Treat the hotel-to-boat journey as part of the excursion itself. The written proposal should name the road destination, the vessel and each additional stop. An itinerary with several attractions may allocate less time to Cayo Levantado than a beach-focused request.
What to confirm before leaving Bahia Principe Explore Legend
Compare collection-to-return time, not only the crossing to the island. Ask who coordinates the return vehicle if the boat timing changes, whether the same hotel is the final stop and what happens if weather affects the maritime segment.
A hotel reservation, room category or an all-inclusive meal plan does not establish the terms of an independent excursion. Get the collection location and the party’s boat requirements in writing before treating the request as confirmed.
- Bahia Principe Explore Legend: exact entrance or map pin, and excursion date
- Adults, children and any walking or boarding requirements
- Road collection, named pier, useful island time and hotel return
- Final total, inclusions, cancellation and weather arrangements
Choose the experience that fits the complete day
Compare collection-to-return time, not only the crossing to the island. Ask who coordinates the return vehicle if the boat timing changes, whether the same hotel is the final stop and what happens if weather affects the maritime segment.
Ask for Classic, Premium or Private according to the actual boat and itinerary you want. Resort room benefits do not transfer to Cayo Levantado Resort, and a request does not reserve a place.
