Getting to Cayo Levantado: Hotel, Pier and Return Boat

Separate the road journey from the boat journey

Write the trip as a sequence: accommodation, meeting point, embarkation, landing, time ashore and return. If you book segments separately, ask each provider which missed-connection risks they cover.

A collection time is not the boat departure time. Ask when you should be ready, how the meeting point is identified and whether the return takes you to your accommodation or only to the pier.

Use current landing instructions

APORDOM announced public-pier repairs on September 13, 2026, with an estimated duration and temporary coordination involving the resort pier. An announcement is not a completion certificate. We have not established the current landing arrangement from that notice.

Ask for the actual embarkation and landing instructions for your date. Do not infer that a temporary arrangement is still active or that repairs are finished.

• Request a meeting pin and named pier.
• Confirm whether access restrictions affect your date.
• Get the return time, meeting procedure and missed-boat contact.
• Ask what happens if sea conditions change.

Start from your actual accommodation

Use the departure guides to prepare your questions. They are planning guidance, not guaranteed pickup coverage. For long-distance origins, establish the full day length before comparing the time advertised on the island.
