Cayo Levantado From Samaná: Plan the Boat Connection

Be precise about Samaná

Samaná can refer to the town or a wider destination area. Give the exact accommodation name or address when asking for a quote. Do not assume a hotel described as being in Samaná is within walking distance of your meeting point.

Organize the meeting and return

Ask whether the quote starts at your hotel or at the pier. Save the meeting pin and clarify how you identify your boat. If arranging your own taxi, allow the margin agreed with the provider rather than relying on an unverified estimate.

• Hotel pickup or pier meeting?
• Named embarkation and landing points?
• Return time and reconfirmation procedure?
• Plan if a connection or sea condition changes?

Do not confuse public and resort departures

A resort arrival and an excursion to the public beach may use different instructions. Confirm the service you actually purchased.
