YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Casas del XVI, Vignette Collection → agreed Samaná Bay boat connection → Cayo Levantado → confirmed return
Use the exact city or airport-area address. Confirm the overland connection to Samaná Bay and the return before treating this as a same-day outing.
A collection of houses needs a precise address
IHG describes Casas del XVI as restored historic houses in Santo Domingo's Colonial City, including houses that can be reserved independently. A family booking may therefore need more detail than the hotel brand alone. Provide each house where participants are staying and identify one contact for the group. Confirm whether everyone returns to the same accommodation.
Plan the journey from Zona Colonial
Use Zona Colonial with the complete property address. Ask the planner to distinguish your starting location from nearby hotel areas before assigning collection instructions.
A capital-area request needs an actual starting address and a named boat connection. City traffic, additional hotel collections and the road journey all belong in the itinerary. An airport transfer, city-tour schedule or hotel shuttle does not establish this excursion.
What to confirm before leaving Casas del XVI, Vignette Collection
Give any fixed evening obligation at the start of the enquiry. A proposal should state the hotel return arrangement and the response to maritime delay. If an early road departure and late return leave too little beach time, assess a Samaná overnight.
A hotel reservation, room category or an all-inclusive meal plan does not establish the terms of an independent excursion. Get the collection location and the party’s boat requirements in writing before treating the request as confirmed.
- Casas del XVI, Vignette Collection: exact entrance or map pin, and excursion date
