YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa → agreed Samaná Bay boat connection → Cayo Levantado → confirmed return
A full land-and-boat day needs a dated itinerary. Confirm the actual embarkation point, total outing and useful time ashore before booking.
Use the hotel you are sleeping at
Dreams Onyx's official description places it in Uvero Alto and also refers to neighboring Breathless Punta Cana. Even if your accommodation benefits allow some access between properties, name the hotel on your reservation when requesting transport. If friends sleep at Breathless, state that separately. Hotel privileges concern the resort stay; they do not tell an external driver where the excursion party should assemble or which entrance is authorized for collection.
Plan the journey from Uvero Alto
Use Uvero Alto with the complete property address. Ask the planner to distinguish your starting location from nearby hotel areas before assigning collection instructions.
Treat the hotel-to-boat journey as part of the excursion itself. The written proposal should name the road destination, the vessel and each additional stop. An itinerary with several attractions may allocate less time to Cayo Levantado than a beach-focused request.
What to confirm before leaving Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa
Compare collection-to-return time, not only the crossing to the island. Ask who coordinates the return vehicle if the boat timing changes, whether the same hotel is the final stop and what happens if weather affects the maritime segment.
A hotel reservation, room category or an all-inclusive meal plan does not establish the terms of an independent excursion. Get the collection location and the party’s boat requirements in writing before treating the request as confirmed.
- Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa: exact entrance or map pin, and excursion date
- Adults, children and any walking or boarding requirements
- Road collection, named pier, useful island time and hotel return
- Final total, inclusions, cancellation and weather arrangements
Choose the experience that fits the complete day
Compare collection-to-return time, not only the crossing to the island. Ask who coordinates the return vehicle if the boat timing changes, whether the same hotel is the final stop and what happens if weather affects the maritime segment.
Ask for Classic, Premium or Private according to the actual boat and itinerary you want. Resort room benefits do not transfer to Cayo Levantado Resort, and a request does not reserve a place.
